YLANG YLANG CONDITIONS OF SALE

No refunds issued, store credit only.  In the event that you may want to exchange your original purchase we are happy to assist you within 7 days of purchase, in original condition and with a receipt.  Merchandise may be exchanged for store credit and is valid for up to one year from original date of purchase.  There are no exchanges on clearance of final sale items.  All special order items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed during weekdays, pending credit card authorization and verification.

All YLANG YLANG jewelry is shipped via FedEx and signature is required upon arrival. Please note that an adult must be present at the delivery address for acceptance of the package. We will not ship to a PO Box.

All purchases made by credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company.  At any time YLANG YLANG may ask you to provide a second form of ID for your protection.

If there is any damage to your package, such as a broken seal or cracked box, please contact us before accepting the package.
